These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WalkUpSong mobile application and website (walkupsong.app), operated by Ryan Sullivan (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using WalkUpSong, you agree to these Terms.
WalkUpSong is a mobile app that helps parents and coaches play walkup songs for youth baseball and softball players during games. The app allows you to create team rosters, assign songs to players, and play those songs through your device during games.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a WalkUpSong account. The app is designed to be operated by adults (parents, coaches, or team managers) on behalf of youth sports teams.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
WalkUpSong uses Apple’s MusicKit framework for song search and audio playback. To search for and play walkup songs, the device running the app must have an active Apple Music subscription. WalkUpSong is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Your use of Apple Music is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us and we’ll work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
Prices may change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

Song selections are made from the Apple Music catalog via MusicKit. You are responsible for ensuring your use of music complies with Apple’s terms of service. WalkUpSong does not host, store, or distribute music files — all playback occurs through Apple’s licensed MusicKit framework on your device.
Player names, jersey numbers, and other team information you enter remain your content. You retain all rights to your content.
The announcer feature uses AI-generated voices powered by ElevenLabs. Announcer audio is generated on-demand and is not stored permanently. The announcer feature is provided “as is” and voice quality may vary.
When you share a team invite link, other parents can view the team roster and submit song selections for their player. You are responsible for managing access to your team. Invite links can be deactivated at any time from the app.
We strive to keep WalkUpSong available and reliable, especially on game days. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party services (Apple Music, Supabase, ElevenLabs) that may experience outages.
WalkUpSong is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkUpSong and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of enjoyment resulting from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of WalkUpSong shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or on our website. Your continued use of WalkUpSong after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
