WalkUpSong (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a youth baseball walkup song app built by Ryan Sullivan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the WalkUpSong iOS app and website (walkupsong.app).

This information is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and is only accessible to you and any team members you invite.
WalkUpSong uses Apple’s MusicKit framework to search for songs and play them on game day. We request permission to access Apple Music on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your Apple Music library, playlists, or listening history. All playback happens locally on your device.
If you purchase the Full Season upgrade, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. We receive only a confirmation that payment was successful, along with a Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.
When you use the announcer feature, we send the player’s name and jersey number to ElevenLabs’ text-to-speech API to generate the announcer audio. This text is not stored by us after the audio is generated. ElevenLabs’ data usage policies apply to this processing — see ElevenLabs’ privacy policy for details.
We do not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking tools. We do not run ads. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is controlled by row-level security policies — users can only access their own teams and data.

WalkUpSong is a tool for parents and coaches to manage walkup songs for youth baseball teams. The app is operated by adults (parents/coaches), not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player names and jersey numbers are entered by the adult team manager.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer as required by law.
